In terms of the photo-engraving design:
Many technical constraints have to be taken into consideration accordingly,
since 2002 we have a partnership arrangement with our photo-engraver.
This integrated DTP service enables us to guarantee you fast production
of your models, a quality of pictures based on the most demanding printing
feasibility and immediate reply to all your questions.
In terms of the colorimetry:
Our proportioning station enables us to mix every possible colour.
This research is based on concentrates and technological varnishes.
Our 13-head ink station and a spectrophotometer ensure control parameters:
manufacturing follow-up and ink quality units which are all particularly
satisfactory.
For setting up the pictures:
Great accuracy of matching between colours is essential.
Our "Paraflex" has a sprocket cry of system for the editing
of perforated plates and two cameras for plate editing
with micro-points, facilitating machine alignment of complex jobs.
In terms of the printing machines:
Also referred to as presses, our inventory consists of 4 separate
printing unit presses and 1 central drum press (8 colours).
These recent technological tools enable us to handle a variety
of industrial applications whether on polyethylene, polypropylene or paper.
